Marcus Webb spent more than two decades as a licensed inspector with the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services before founding CritterGetters in Raleigh in 2009. In those 20+ years, he inspected thousands of Triangle properties and saw the same problems repeat: pest control companies sending a different technician every time, generic quarterly treatments that didn’t account for the specific pest species or housing type, and customers who had no idea what was being applied in their homes.

He founded CritterGetters to do the opposite. Every client gets one assigned technician who knows their property, their history, and their household. Treatments are tailored to what’s actually present, not a default spray program. Every job is backed by an elimination guarantee — not a hedge-everything warranty with 12 exclusions.

CritterGetters is licensed by the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services under License #NC-PCO-7712. Every technician is NCDA&CS-certified before they enter a client’s home. All products are EPA-registered and applied according to their registered label. Family-safe and pet-safe once dry, typically 45 minutes after interior application.
